This large and old house has over ten guestrooms, four bathrooms, and even a subterranean dungeon/living quarters for human pets and visiting undead. All with Tempered and UV filtered glass filling the windows. Located in the middle of Amityville, Long Island it is perfect to be part of, yet separate from the main Nychta clan movement.

It's an mansion with many bedrooms where the McKenna siblings and Meleny hide humans not declared as property from the nyctha clan. The house is magically protected so vampires looking for humans to capture can't go near it.

This is where Scarlett lives with her two older brothers and her parents. When her parents died (not that long ago), they gave the deeds to the house to Scarlett's older brother in their will. The estate is 3 levels and has has 3 bathrooms. 6 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom, a kitchen, a basement, a living room, a dining room, a family room, a game room and a huge backyard.

It was later passed down by her grandparents to her.
